CMC MARINE SIGNS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC AND WITTESTEIN FOR THE UPCOMING BOAT SHOWS

CMC Marine teamed up with Mitsubishi Electric and Wittenstein to deliver a more comprehnsive experience during the next boat shows.

Mitsubishi Electric’s automation solutions and Wittenstein’s product such as robotic systems and machine tools are suitable and a perfect match with CMC Marine products and the new range of Waveless STAB. A match that allows the extreme accuracy in mechanical tray handling. Thanks to high quality level and ease of use, Waveless STAB is able to guarantee the best accuracy and energy efficiency in yacht roll stabilization.

This successful performance has been achieved thanks to Mitsubishi Electric PLC iQ-R with Simple Motion module R77D that, through the optical fiber SSCNET III/H Motion Bus, drives the MR-J4 series servo-system solutions with bandwidth of 2.5z and 22-bit absolute encoder (over 4 million pulses per revolution). These solutions guarantee the same quality and performance as superyacht systems.

The Waveless range exploit the advantages brought by Wittenstein’s new gearboxes: the TP+ HIGH TORQUE, particularly well suited for high-precision applications in which high torsional rigidity is required, and RP+ gearboxes, used in all applications where the individual requirements far exceed what has previously been possible.
