CMC Marine stabilizer fins are the tangible result of extensive research.
Being stabilization fin design extremely important to offset the effect of vessel rolling, at CMC great attention has been paid to the fluid-dynamics analysis, the result being a profile geometry that achieves a successful compromise between the load capacity (Cl) and resistance (Cd ) coefficients. These results are also fine-tuned by taking into account the limitations imposed by the yacht’s hull form and limitations. High Cl levels are obtained with low incidence angles, minimizing both the effects of drag and system inertia.

Stabilizer fin sizes range from 0.75sqm to 4sqm.
