A choice of value for the company based in Como: to lead the new subsidiary which will be opened in Tuscany in Spring 2012, the CMC Marine has secured the large experience and expertise of Fabio Tardella, former technical director of Twin Disc Italy - BCS division. With this choice, the CMC Marine marks another important step in its consolidation phase.

Como, December 2011. CMC Marine continues pursuing its development strategy investments in new facilities and high profile human resources. Within this framework, the decision to open a new branch in Spring of 2012 in Tuscany, to strengthen the presence of an area of great importance for the presence of key customers. The new branch will take care of pre-sale activities, product distribution and after-sales service for the Italian market and especially for the Tuscan territory. The appointment of a senior manager as Fabio Tardella of the new branch remarks the importance of such development effort. Mr. Tardella will be involved in developing CMC Marine both commercially and technically on all Italian territory.

Fabio Tardella, 43, born in Vinci (Florence) has a long and solid experience in the high tech marine components field. For 21 years he worked for BCS Ltd., a manufacturer of marine systems, which was acquired in 2006 from Twin Disc Inc., a multinational leader in the field of propulsion and transmission systems. A brilliant career, during which he held increasingly important roles in the Technical Office started as a designer and later as Head of Planning and Information System of the company. From 2006 to 2011 he headed the technical department and was responsible for the Quality Management System.
